Most designs are delivered within 12–24 hours. Large or highly detailed designs (like jacket backs) may take a little longer, and rush digitizing in 1–2 hours is available — just choose Rush on the quote form.

All major embroidery machine formats including DST, PES, EMB, JEF, EXP, VP3, XXX, HUS, PXF and more. Tell us your machine brand and we'll send the right file.

Anything works — JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, a screenshot, or even a phone photo of a shirt. Clearer artwork helps us work faster, but we can redraw low-quality images too.

Send us a photo of your sew-out and tell us what you'd like changed. Edits are free, and we'll keep adjusting until you're happy with the result.
